Anna notifying us of his passing. The email was written
yesterday, March 25th.
Dear
Art
Thank
you for helping us with going through the right channels for Dad. Billy and I
will put the obituary together for the San Jose Mercury. We are so grateful for
the friendship he shared with his TWA pals. The breakfast club was certainly
something he looked forward to every week especially these past 10 years since
Mom died.
We
are looking at having a celebration of his life on Saturday 6 April with an Open
House here at home. 746 Bicknell Road Los Gatos. I will be touch with
details about timing once we get a few things organized.
Thank
you Art for your kind words and support. Dad was lucid all the way to the end.
He was sleeping a lot but when he woke up. . . He always had something funny to
say. The nurses really liked him.
